'Most Outrageous' can happen in show biz, politics, the business world, or in just everyday life. The old lady looking for the beef, Twiggy taking the skinny model look to fashionable extremes, the gecko who sells car insurance - who could have predicted what would catch the public's eye and ear? Other times, the talent is so great that it can't be derailed, and you get to listen to Elvis from the 1950s to forever. Creations like Miss Piggy and the cat in the hat are too good to be ignored. Of course, the worst of the worst will be remembered, too.
